DK Property is an online business focusing on helping clients friends from all around the world to buy, sell or rent in/out properties in Bali; things that we’ve been doing since 2009.
DK Property is run by individuals, unaffiliated to any company…which is another word for not having an office (yet!). However, that doesn’t mean that we’re not professional in doing our job.
The initial purpose of DK Property is to make things easy for sellers to sell their property, and buyers to buy.
Along the way, we realize that it is not enough to do just that, because that is what everyone else is doing…on the net, on street corners and warungs, to the fancy AC-ed property company office.
Therefore, we offer you something else. We won’t sell you a house or villa or whatever people may call it. We won’t sell you some random overpriced land. We’ll only sell you a HOME or a land upon which you can build it.

About The Listings
The listings we provide here is open-based. Meaning, it is subject to update every once in a while. The availability, price and other information about each and every property are regularly updated, so check with us often.
If you are Property Owner
List your property with us. It’s free! However, you’re still obligated to pay the commission once we succeeded in bringing a buyer that leads to a successful transaction.
If you are Property Buyer
Even if you can’t find what you’re looking for here in the website, it doesn’t mean that we can’t help you. Contact us, and tell us what you need and we’ll do our best in fulfilling it.
For Developers
List your project with us for free. We’ll do the promotion.
For Agents
Contact us if you intend to co-promote your listings or co-broke OUR listings. Everything is split 50-50.
Invite Us
